School of Parler
We all know that becoming a professional requires insurmountable amount of work, sacrifice, and dedication. Unfortunately, that often also comes with the frustration you feel when you can’t demonstrate this to your client in conversation because you were caught off guard, or where uncertain as to how to handle the situation. I understand the struggle of not being able to successfully ensure that they see you in a positive light.
That’s where I come in, I show you how to connect with your clients, so they take the time to see just how valuable you are. With my acting experience you can also practice scenarios dealing with all manner of new clients, from those who are just frustrated, to the ones who get really confused. If your nerves are on edge and you want to just get more comfortable, I am here for that too.
Prepare to be a friend to your clients.
In whatever business that you are running you are not always prepared to handle the situation that the costumers throw at you. You may be a real estate agent trying to help a recently widowed mother that is looking for a house for her and her children, or a marketing manager attempting to convince an old school business owner that you are worth the investment. I will help you prepare for these situations.
Prepare for job interviews
There are many reasons you might have concerns for an interview, you could just be nervous and need a safe environment to get rid of your nerves, or you need to practice convincing different personality types. Now to be honest, for many people practicing with a friend or family member will be more than enough preparation. That being said, many people who have done this know the feedback they often get, while not often wrong, can be relatively vague. You could get things like “you have to be more energetic” or “be more friendly.” Which in many cases, still leaves you scratching your head often in frustration, because you have no idea how to fix that, or what they even mean specifically. I know how to give you feedback from your vocal patterns to your facial expressions so you always know exactly what, and how to improve.
Become more comfortable in customer service
For many people, customer service can be very stressful. You could just be nervous doing the job, or you may just not be prepared for irritated, stressed, or frustrated customers. Whether it is to just help you shake your nerves or teach you how to de-escalate a situation, I will help you accomplish your goals.
